Vitak-Elsnic President Steve Harris announced today that the company will be re-releasing and providing free to worldwide purchasers a band arrangement from archives. The chart, a $30 value, will be available at no charge to customers who purchase any product from the Vitak-Elsnic online store during January. (Arrangement will be emailed separately after the purchase is complete.)
Available for free this month is the Vitak-Elsnic arrangement of Under the Bridge Polka. The tune was arranged by our founder, Louis Vitak, and first published in 1926. Denver’s Thirsty Five, under the capable direction of Rudy Lucero and Conradt Fredell, faithfully performed this old-time polka. You can listen to their performance in the attached video.
This is a limited-time offer and expires on January 31, 2022.
Dear Sir or Madam,
My name is Carol Moczygemba-Zidek…I just purchased the Polskie Koledy Gloria in Excelsis Deo! Collection. I had an original from my mother who was schooled by the Felician Sisters in Panna Maria, Tx in the early 1940s…
Last year, I had a house fire on January 6, 2022, of all days…My mother’s father (Grandfather) told me to please not forget our Polish (Silesian) heritage…I made that promise…and held on to as many pieces of Polish music my mother taught me and implemented this throughout South Texas by playing and singing the music at many special events–(Christmas, Lent, Easter, funerals, weddings, anniversaries, etc) until last year when I lost my home…
I am grateful to find this collection..Thank you very much…
Respectfully, Carol Zidek
