2022 Vitak-Elsnic March Book

Soon after its founding in 1912, the Vitak-Elsnic Company began publishing arrangements for brass band.  From the nearly 200 legacy arrangements, we have compiled ten of the best marches for inclusion in the Vitak-Elsnic March Book.  The folio features original compositions and arrangements by František Kmoch, the “Bohemian March King,” and by company founder Louis Vitak.  All are newly arranged and freshened with new instrumentation for today’s modern band.

We have rearranged these earlier compositions and have augmented original instrumentation by creating new parts so that the music is now available for the typical instrumentation in today’s bands.

Instrumentation includes Piccolo, Flute, Clarinet 1, Clarinet 2, Alto Saxophone, Tenor Saxophone, Cornet 1, Cornet 2, F Horns, Euphonium TC, Euphonium BC, Trombones, Tuba, Drums. We also have full conductor scores and mp3s of all of the music in the folio.
