Well, 2017 is now behind us. And what a year it was! We continued building on our extensive portfolio of music owned and published by Vitak-Elsnic. Our objectives are two-fold:
(1) to introduce the entirety of the portfolio, including not just the substantial collection of music in the Bohemian tradition, but also our Polish, Lithuanian and Hungarian selections.
(2) to make the music available in other formats that are more widely utilized today, including arrangements for concert band and small ensembles.
In 2017, we introduced – for the first time in the history of the company – forty new arrangements for brass ensemble of music, including arrangements of twenty Polish selections.
In 2018, we plan to continue this expansion, including the introduction of arrangements for string orchestras and string quartets. As always, the source music for these endeavors comes from the Vitak-Elsnic portfolio. We’ll provide more details and special offers as each new set of arrangements are available for purchase, so be sure to look for our special announcements in the year ahead.
Oh, we haven’t forgotten the “special offer” referenced in the headline, so here it is:
We are making each and every selection from our brass ensembles available at HALF PRICE!
That’s only $5.00 per song. Each arrangement comes with a score and an mp3 so you can hear how the song sounds. And you can even hear the entirety of the song before you order on each product page, so NO SURPRISES! But hurry, this offer expires at the end of the month. There’s no need to put special codes in, either – we’ve marked the music down for you already, so all you need to do is make your selections, pay for them (of course) and then download and play some really beautiful music.
One more time: ALL 40 SELECTIONS FOR BRASS ENSEMBLE ARE AVAILABLE AT HALF PRICE – ONLY $5.00 PER SONG – NOW THROUGH JANUARY 31, 2018.
